For years Eve has been playing weekly at Arthur's Tavern in a duo format, with a variety of New York City's greatest trombone players, as well as the occasional sax and trumpet. As a long time resident of the West Village Eve is honored and proud to appear regularly at this vintage village jazz spot. From the mid-80s—when first settling in the neighborhood—and on into the years she would routinely visit and sit in with the players of Grove Street—such as Marie Blake, Mabel Goodwin, and Al Bundy, . She is glad to have learned from them and to maintain the legacy of vintage jazz on Grove Street.
